I went to the Nyeberg Preserve and Brown’s Ferry Park along the Tualatin River in Portland Oregon on April 17. This post has a few pictures. My previous post is about our trip to Cannon Beach in Oregon. The morning before we left Portland Bob and I went to these spots.
Bob is a very good birder, and it’s fun to go out with him. Portland has some beautiful spots, and the Tualatin River is one of them. The places we went along the river were pretty close to Terry and Bob’s house on the west side of Portland (west of the Willamette River).
We had a fun trip to Oregon. It was nice to see all my siblings, and go to the beach. The weather was rainy, cold and windy, but that’s not unusual for Oregon in April, and it’s nice to get a change of scenery from Arizona.
