Fr. Charlie, Mark, and I went back to the Base and Meridian Wildlife (BMWA) area this week. We also went to the Glendale Recharge Ponds (GRP), which is about a 20 minute drive from the BMWA.
We got to the BMWA at about 8 AM. This time we hiked further west along the river, and also found a trail to hike east up river.
We had some lunch and then went to the Glendale Recharge Ponds. There were a lot of birds there, but it was difficult to get good pictures because the birds were too far away. I got some shots of the common birds there. The pond made some nice reflections.
